Steven Floyd Smith was invited to join UFC fighter Chael Sonnen’s coaching team as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for TUF 33 (airing May 27th on ESPN+).

 

He learned from fighting greats—world famous boxers, jiu-jitsu champions, MMA fighters—while he worked with future UFC champions. (He’d love to name drop, but ESPN’s NDA says he can’t.)

Steve has a passion for inspiring everyone to reach their top potential, and he wants you to reach your fitness goals at any age.

Training Session in Tualatin, Oregon

At this clinic designed for teens and adults, there will be a workout session focusing on proper practice and exercise, balance, speed, explosion drills, and some weights. What sets Steve apart is his focus on the mental game of competition. In order to conquer your competition and/or fitness goals, you need a strategy, and Steve can help you dig deep to find the motivation to level up. Expect more than a generic workout routine.
